Here’s the reality: 1 in 4 adults worldwide has fatty liver, and it’s no longer just from alcohol. It’s coming from processed carbohydrates, seed oils, sugars, and ultra-processed foods.
How to support your liver:
Diet

Start Fasting
The second thing I want everyone doing in 2026 is fasting.

How to improve sleep naturally:
Morning sunlight
This is one of the most important habits for deep sleep at night. Morning light helps regulate your circadian rhythm and improves melatonin production later in the evening.
If you live in the north or struggle to get sunlight in winter, a red light panel can be a powerful alternative — especially when vitamin D and immune health matter most.
Evening routine
Start dimming lights around 8:00 PM
Stop looking at your phone at least 1 hour before bed
